Description
The responsibility of the Security Guard is to maintain the security of the lot at all times
Responsible for:
1. Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers at all times.
2. Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
3. Patrols the entire premises on a daily basis looking for anything out of the ordinary.
4. Inspection of gate and fence for damages.
5. Ensure the security fence is operational and set when facility is closed.
6. Inspection of vehicles to assure they have not been tampered with.
7. Assist with auction day activities as needed.
8. Maintain a clean and orderly guard shack at all times.
9. Work well independently as well as a team player
10. Timely communication of issues that may be deemed as detrimental to the success of operations to Management.
11. Performs other duties as necessary.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous security experience preferred
Skills: Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly customer service orientated.
FT Position 35 hours with benefits and PTO.
Need for 2nd (3pm-11pm) and 3rd (11pm -7am) shifts and weekends.
